Chennai | Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) | Bangalore | Hyderabad Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Siebel Lead Developer with 7–9 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development, customization, configuration, and integration. The candidate will lead technical development activities, deliver scalable CRM solutions, manage complex enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
• Configure and customize Siebel Business Components, Business Objects, Business Services, Applets, Views, and Screens.
• Develop and maintain Siebel workflows, runtime events, scripts, and business services.
• Work with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript, Siebel VB, and other relevant development utilities.
• Design and implement integrations between Siebel CRM and external applications using EAI, web services, and integration objects.
• Develop and maintain Siebel workflows, data mappings, and integration processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Perform impact analysis, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage Siebel application deployments, migration activities, and release support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Support system testing,



integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production releases. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siebel Tools and Siebel configuration.
• Expertise in Siebel Business Components, Applets, Views, Business Services, and Business Objects.
• Experience with Siebel workflows, eScript, runtime events, and scripting.
• Solid understanding of Siebel EAI, integration objects, web services, and interface development.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Siebel deployment, migration, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ability to lead technical deliverables and guide development teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM versions such as Siebel IP17, IP18, IP19, or later, as applicable.
• Exposure to Siebel Open UI customization.
• Experience integrating Siebel with Oracle applications and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control, and release management.
• Experience supporting enterprise CRM applications in production environments. Experience and Leadership Expectations
• Relevant experience in Siebel CRM development, customization, and integration.
• Prior experience as a Siebel Technical Lead or Senior Siebel Developer is preferred.
• Ability to manage technical deliverables, review code, mentor team members, and coordinate with stakeholders. Compensation and Work Details
