As we continue to scale rapidly across India, we’re looking for a hands-on, analytical and execution-oriented individual to join our team and take ownership of our e-commerce operations and supply chain.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role that involves managing the complete day-to-day e-commerce operations of Absolut Pet across platforms including our website, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Zepto. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, efficient inventory management, timely deliveries and smooth coordination across internal teams, logistics partners and external platforms. Beyond managing daily operations, we expect you to proactively identify inefficiencies, solve problems, improve processes and contribute towards scaling our business.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Order Management
• Manage and process orders across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and other sales channels.
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin) cases and order-related customer queries.
• Coordinate with courier partners and customers to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery performance and ensure smooth order execution. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
• Monitor daily inventory levels, SKU-wise consumption and stock movement.
• Proactively identify potential stock-outs and coordinate with the factory and internal supply team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and analyse stock consumption trends.
• Ensure inventory availability across D2C, marketplace and quick-commerce channels. B2B & Platform Operations
• Create,



coordinate and track B2B shipments for Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon and Flipkart.
• Coordinate with platform teams, warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Manage shipment documentation, order-related information and operational follow-ups. Process Improvement & Growth
• Analyse operational performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Develop better systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfilment, inventory planning and channel performance.
• Take ownership of problems and drive them towards resolution. Who We're Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, logistics or inventory management.
• Experience managing orders, inventory and logistics across e-commerce platforms.
• Valuable working knowledge of Excel and order/inventory management systems.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment, shipment tracking, NDR and RTO management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, courier partners and platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Zepto.
• Strong analytical, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and take ownership.
