We're hiring: Customer Success Manager
- International Inside Sales (B2B IT Training) Remote, India | Full-time | 3+ years | Koenig Solutions trains IT professionals for companies around the world on Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Oracle, SAP and more. You'll sell these programmes to enterprise L&D; and IT leaders abroad, from home. You must have
- 3+ years in B2B sales of IT training, edtech, software/SaaS, cloud or IT licensing
- Sold to international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East or APAC) by phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Owned the full cycle, prospecting to closing, against a monthly target
- Daily CRM use and excellent spoken and written English Valuable to have: sold Microsoft / AWS / Cisco certification training, enterprise account management. Please don't apply if your sales experience is only in FMCG, real estate, insurance, pharma or banking.
What you'll do
- Find and qualify companies that need IT skills training, and reach decision-makers
- Understand their skill gaps and propose the right courses and certifications
- Run proposals and negotiations to close, and grow repeat business from your accounts
- Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM What you get: permanent work from home, fixed pay + incentives.
