Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting inside sales activities, and coverting the potential leads. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting RegisterKaro’s services, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to conversion.



The representative will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular updates on progress and performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and handle queries effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills to manage pipelines, close deals, and support long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms to track and manage leads.
• Prior experience in B2B services, financial, legal, or compliance-related sectors is an advantage.
• Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
