To be discussed based on experience, capabilities, and performance ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We're building IMDX – India Mobility Data Exchange (e-Gati Setu), an ambitious initiative to develop India's next-generation mobility data-space platform, enabling secure, trusted, interoperable and intelligent data exchange across the automotive and mobility ecosystem. This is an opportunity to be part of the founding technology team and build a platform from the ground up, working with global data-space technologies and frameworks aligned with International Data Spaces (IDSA), Automotive Catena-X and Tractus-X.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive backend architecture, technology decisions and platform engineering.
• Lead hands-on development using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop scalable microservices, REST APIs and integrations.
• Work on database architecture, distributed systems and messaging infrastructure.
• Explore and integrate Eclipse Dataspace Components (EDC) and Tractus-X frameworks.
• Drive platform security, performance, deployment and scalability.




• Take end-to-end ownership of engineering delivery and collaborate with business and technology teams. • 4–8 years of experience in backend development and platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing scalable backend applications and microservices.
• Valuable understanding of databases, APIs, distributed systems and application security.
• Ability to take technical ownership and independently drive development.
