Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. The Telesales Representative will contact prospective and existing customers, explain product features and benefits, and drive conversions through structured sales conversations. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves providing basic customer support, resolving queries related to fintech products,



and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding. The Telesales Representative may participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product updates, market trends, and compliance requirements. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries and build trust with users
• Sales skills with the ability to convert leads, negotiate, and meet targets
• Training experience or willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes
• Basic understanding of financial markets or fintech products is an advantage
• Comfort using CRM tools, telecalling software, and standard office applications
• Ability to work in a quick-paced start-up environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prior telesales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory; relevant internships are welcome
