MyOfficeBuddy (https://myofficebuddy.in/) is a Facility and Workforce Management SaaS platform built by Anchorstone Software Solutions. Corporates use it to run asset management, service requests, facility checklists, visitor management, procurement, attendance and more, all on one platform. Our customers include organisations with 2,000+ employees. We need a hunter. Someone who wakes up thinking about pipeline, is out meeting clients instead of waiting for leads to arrive, and treats the monthly target as the minimum. What you’ll do # Spend most of your week on the field, visiting corporate offices, tech parks and business hubs to meet Admin, Facility, HR and Procurement heads in person # Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calls, email and LinkedIn # Run on-site demos and discovery meetings with decision-makers # Follow up relentlessly on event and inbound leads until each one is closed or clearly dead # Log every visit, meeting and follow-up in our CRM, which tracks field location during

working hours
# Report numbers weekly, with no excuses and no padding # Hit, and beat, your monthly target What we’re looking for # 2+ years in B2B field sales or lead generation,



with SaaS or enterprise software preferred # A track record of meeting targets, backed by actual numbers you can show us # Willingness to travel daily within the city # Comfort with cold calling, walk-in meetings and handling rejection without slowing down # Sharp written and spoken English, plus the confidence to speak with senior stakeholders # Exposure to facility management, real estate or corporate admin buyers is a solid plus What you get # Fixed salary plus an incentive on every deal you win, with no cap on how much you can earn # Travel allowance (fixed monthly) # A product that is already live, proven and in demand # Direct access to leadership and a fast path to grow as the team scales This role is not for someone who prefers a desk job or wants to coast.
