5–7 Years Livspace is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations professional to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and the company website.
• Handle OMS/WMS, order processing and fulfilment.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory planning and stock reconciliation.
• Manage cancellations, returns, RTOs, refunds and fulfilment SLAs.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor marketplace performance, operational KPIs and MIS reporting.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For:
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO.
• Experience with OMS, WMS, inventory management and warehousing.
• Understanding of FBA, Easy Ship and Seller Flex.
