Our flagship showroom brings together over 600 colours and varieties across six product categories, including marble, granite, quartzite, quartz, porcelain and SPC. With an extensive collection, premium international associations and a luxury showroom experience, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead customer engagement and sales conversion. Role Description The Showroom Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in our flagship experience centre in Shoolagiri, TN. This role includes greeting and consulting customers, understanding their project requirements, and recommending appropriate stone products and finishes. Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Take complete ownership of showroom sales, with primary focus on marble and quartzite.
• Handle high-value walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, builders, developers and dealers, providing expert product guidance and closing sales.
• Possess strong knowledge of marble and quartzite varieties, colours, origins, finishes, patterns, applications and current market trends.
• Understand customer preferences, design sensibilities, emerging architectural trends and the requirements of premium residential and commercial projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to recommend the right materials based on customer budgets, aesthetics, applications and project requirements.
• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly revenue and volume targets set by management.
• Generate new business through an existing customer network, architect relationships, dealer connections and proactive client acquisition.




• Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and high-net-worth customers.
• Promote the entire Colors of Rainbow portfolio, including quartz, porcelain, granite and SPC, wherever relevant, while maintaining primary responsibility for marble and quartzite sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers, ensure timely quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with inventory, dispatch and accounts teams to ensure accurate stock selection, order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer enquiries, sales conversions, lost opportunities and repeat business.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings, market pricing, popular colours and changing customer preferences.
• Ensure the showroom delivers a premium, professional and memorable customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, lead pipelines and monthly performance records. Key Performance Expectations
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marble, quartzite or premium natural stone showroom sales.
• Demonstrable sales achievements with verifiable monthly or annual sales figures.
• Strong understanding of marble and quartzite colours, varieties, origins, finishes and applications.
• Ability to independently handle premium customers and close high-value transactions.
• Established relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and dealers will be a major advantage.
• Strong ability to generate fresh business and convert showroom walk-ins into actual sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work full-time from our flagship Shoolagiri showroom.
