Role Description The Lingerie Merchandising is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, India. The role involves planning and managing lingerie assortments across categories, establishing the right blend of styles, sizes, and price points that align with brand positioning and customer preferences. Responsibilities include analyzing sales and inventory data, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with design, buying, and sourcing teams to streamline inventory management and product restocking.



The role also includes close coordination with supply chain and vendors to track deliveries, manage stock levels, and support promotional activities that drive sell-through and margin. Qualifications
• Strong merchandising and assortment planning skills, with experience in lingerie, intimate apparel, or fashion retail.
• Proficiency in sales, inventory, and margin analysis, including the use of spreadsheets and merchandising systems.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept and sampling to production, allocation, and in-store presentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, buying, sourcing, and supply chain teams in a rapid-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of fabrics, fit considerations, and construction details specific to lingerie and intimate apparel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, fashion design, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous merchandising or buying experience in India is preferred.
