We’re Hiring: Social Media Performance Marketing Manager (E-Commerce) We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who treats social media as a revenue engine, not just a content calendar. You’ll use Instagram, Meta, and other social platforms to drive traffic, sales, and growth across our Shopify store and Amazon listings.

Experience:
5 Years What You’ll Do
• Plan and run social-first performance campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and other platforms, owning ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
• Build full-funnel strategies: prospecting, retargeting, and retention using creatives, audiences, and catalog/dynamic ads
• Own our organic social presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others) and use it to support paid growth
• Develop Reels, Stories, and carousel content built to convert, and continuously test hooks, formats, and offers
• Work with influencers and creators to drive sales, and track their performance
• Drive social traffic into Shopify and Amazon, and optimize product pages, listings, and offers for conversion
• Manage Shopify store operations (products, themes, apps, site performance) and Amazon Seller Central (listings, pricing, inventory, Amazon Ads)




• Analyze performance across channels and deliver clear reports and action plans
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and social trends What We’re Looking For (Must Have)
• Proven experience running social media performance campaigns, especially Meta Ads, with measurable results
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth, content strategy, and social commerce
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify store management
• Analytical skills with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets
• Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing for ROAS Valuable to Have
• Graphic design skills
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (ad creatives, social posts, product visuals)
• Basic video editing for Reels and short-form content
• Experience with Google Ads, email, or WhatsApp marketing Why Join Us
