Experience:
2-3 Years Responsibilities
• Design modular, scalable systems and participate in key technical decisions
• Optimise latency, throughput and resilience; and eliminate bottlenecks
• Own CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, coding standards and observability
• Contribute code for legacy refactoring and critical architectural changes Requirements
• 2 or 3 years building live systematic trading or quantitative systems
• Solid experience in software architecture, distributed systems and high performance computing
• Has designed at least one trading system or major module end to end
• Advanced Python skills, including performance optimisation, concurrency and data processing
