Experience:
1-3 Years CTC: 3-4 Lacs
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with store teams and present visual concepts clearly.
• Candidates should possess practical Retail and Sales skills to align merchandising strategies with store performance and product placement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to understand shopper behavior and create engaging, customer-friendly displays.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Window Displays and in-store visual presentations, including color, lighting, and layout planning.
• Relevant experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Display Designer, or in fashion or textile retail is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site with flexible schedule, including weekends or peak seasons, and to manage multiple display projects simultaneously.
• A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics, along with basic computer skills for reporting and planning, are beneficial.
