Key Responsibilities
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Celonis Technical Specialist with 8+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in building advanced dashboards, developing Process Cockpits, and designing scalable data models using Celonis. The individual will own the technical development and deployment of reusable analytical solutions and standardized Process Cockpits across multiple geographies and markets.
• Celonis Dashboard & Cockpit Development:
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, analytical views, and Process Cockpits using Celonis.
• Build KPI-driven visualizations, operational dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Develop reusable cockpit templates and standardized dashboards for deployment across different markets.
• PQL & Advanced Analytics:
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in PQL to develop complex queries, KPIs, calculations, and process analytics.
• Build advanced process performance metrics, variants, activity-based analytics, and root-cause analysis.
• Optimize PQL queries and dashboard performance.
• Data Modelling & Integration:
• Design and develop Celonis data models, including event logs, activity tables, case identifiers, and relationships across multiple source systems.
• Work with SAP and other enterprise data sources to extract, transform, and structure data for process mining.
• Build data transformations, data jobs, and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Process Cockpit Rollout & Deployment:
• Configure and deploy Process Cockpits across multiple geographies, business units, and markets.




• Manage localization requirements, market-specific KPIs, data variations, and global reporting standards.
• Establish reusable architecture, templates, and deployment methodologies to accelerate rollouts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with process consultants, business stakeholders, and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and guide development teams.
• Own testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployment. Must Have

Skills:
Celonis EMS, PQL, Process Mining, Data Modelling, Process Cockpits & Dashboards.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Celonis and Process Mining technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Celonis EMS / Process Intelligence.
• Expert-level proficiency in PQL.
• Proven experience developing Celonis dashboards, analyses, and Process Cockpits.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, event log creation, data transformations, and data integration.
• Experience working with SAP ECC / S4HANA data structures and enterprise processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, etc.).
• Experience deploying and maintaining Celonis solutions across multiple markets or geographies.
• Robust understanding of process mining concepts, KPIs, and performance optimization. Good to Have
• Experience with Celonis Studio, Views, Data Jobs, and Action Flows.
• Experience in global Celonis template development and localization.
• Exposure to automation and workflow integration using Celonis Action Flows.
