Role Description The OMFS Doctor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The professional in this role will perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures related to hair restoration and associated facial aesthetics, including pre-operative evaluation, surgical planning, and post-operative follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical assessments, counseling patients on treatment options and risks, ensuring adherence to surgical protocols, and collaborating with hair transplant surgeons and clinical staff to optimize outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, overseeing infection control and safety standards, and participating in continuous improvement of clinical workflows and patient experience.



Qualifications .
Possess strong clinical skills in oral and maxillofacial surgery, including surgical planning, operative techniques, and post-operative care. .
Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and clinical decision-making, with a focus on hair restoration and facial aesthetics.
• Exhibit effective communication and counseling abilities to explain procedures, risks, and post-operative instructions in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Show capability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting with hair transplant surgeons, nurses, and support staff.
• Hold a recognized dental or medical degree with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (MDS/MD or equivalent), with valid registration from the appropriate medical/dental council.
• Maintain strong knowledge of asepsis, infection control, and surgical safety protocols in outpatient and clinic settings.
• Display strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduled surgeries, consultations, and documentation accurately.
• Prior experience in cosmetic or hair restoration-related procedures, or training in aesthetic medicine, is an added advantage.
