? We're Hiring | Garment Technician / Quality Assurance (QA) Company: Lab4Brands Lab4Brands is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Garment Technician / QA Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting standards and quality inspections, who can ensure that products meet the required specifications and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain detailed garment measurement sheets and size specifications.
• Check garment fit, measurements and sizing consistency across different sizes.
• Conduct garment inspections to identify stitching, finishing, construction and workmanship defects.
• Ensure products meet approved samples and quality standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve quality and fit-related issues.
• Provide technical feedback and recommendations for corrections and improvements.
• Conduct pre-production,



in-line and final quality inspections. Skills & Experience Required:
• Hands-on experience in garment measurement and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of garment fitting, sizing and construction.
• Experience in quality control and garment inspections.
• Knowledge of fabric, stitching, finishing and common garment defects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with vendors and production teams. ?

Experience:
