Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
• Prepare students for placement tests, recruitment assessments, and competitive examinations.
• Design practice sessions, mock tests, assignments, and assessments.
• Develop students’ analytical, numerical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Mentor students, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Explain complex concepts through effective methods and practical examples. Key Skills

• Understanding of placement and competitive examination patterns.

Eligibility
• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates who have studied PEA (Professional Enhancement and Analytical Skills) courses during their academic programme must have secured a minimum Grade A in all PEA courses undertaken.
• Candidates who have not studied any PEA courses must have a minimum CGPA of 7.00.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–10 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Prior experience in aptitude training, teaching, or placement preparation is preferred.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning is essential. Candidates with strong aptitude skills, awareness of examination patterns, effective communication, and a passion for student mentoring are encouraged to apply.
