Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Merchandiser with experience in E-commerce Operations to manage online product listings, inventory, order processing, and marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate product listings, maintaining online inventory, processing customer orders, and coordinating with the warehouse, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Product Listing & Catalog Management
• Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, and other marketplaces.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, sizes, colors, and SKU details.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and updated as per marketplace guidelines.
• Coordinate for product catalog creation, image uploads, and listing corrections. 2. Online Inventory Management
• Maintain and update inventory across online marketplaces.
• Monitor stock availability by SKU, size, and color.
• Ensure accurate inventory synchronization and prevent overselling.
• Track low-stock products and coordinate with the production and warehouse teams for replenishment.
• Maintain inventory reports and stock records. 3. Order Management & Processing
• Monitor incoming orders across all e-commerce platforms.
• Process orders within the defined timelines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment updates.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and delayed orders.
• Handle order-related issues and marketplace operational requirements. 4. Marketplace Operations
• Manage daily operations on e-commerce seller panels.




• Track order status, returns, RTOs, and customer-related operational issues.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams for listing, inventory, and order-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational requirements. 5. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare daily sales, inventory, order processing, and dispatch reports.
• Maintain SKU-wise sales and stock tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Identify operational errors and work towards improving efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online merchandising.
• Hands-on experience with seller panels such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, or AJIO.
• Good knowledge of product listing, SKU management, inventory tracking, and order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in the apparel, fashion, or textile industry.
• Understanding of size-wise and color-wise inventory management.
• Familiarity with marketplace returns, cancellations, RTO, and dispatch processes.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
