This is more than a performance marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can own the complete growth journey, from customer acquisition and conversion to retention, revenue and profitability. • CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
• Analytics, Attribution & Conversion Rate Optimisation
• SEO, Creative Performance & Influencer Marketing
• Marketing Automation, MarTech & AI-driven Growth
• Budget Management, Revenue Ownership & Team Leadership What We're Looking For:




• 8–12+ years of experience in Performance / Digital / Growth Marketing.
• Robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience across e-commerce, CRM, app growth and customer retention.
• FMCG, D2C, Consumer Brand or Quick Commerce experience preferred. ?
