Tech in Civil Engineering About MSR Constructions MSR Constructions is a Special Class civil and EPC contracting firm based in Khammam, Telangana. We execute irrigation, lift irrigation, railway and road infrastructure projects.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of a lift irrigation project in Jogulamba Gadwal district. The scope includes a pump house, MS pressure mains, and formation of a reservoir with an earthen bund. The Project Manager will be the overall in-charge of the site and will report to senior management. The role covers execution, planning, quality, cost control, billing, and day-to-day coordination with the Irrigation Department.

Key Responsibilities
Execution and planning
• Plan and execute the project as per the agreement, approved drawings and schedule
• Prepare and update the project programme, resource plan and monthly targets
• Coordinate civil works with electro-mechanical contractors in the pump house
• Supervise laying, jointing and hydro-testing of MS pressure mains
• Plan and control earthwork for the bund, including borrow areas, layer-wise compaction and field density testing Quality and safety
• Implement the quality assurance plan and keep test records up to date
• Ensure material testing, inspections and approvals are completed on time
• Enforce site safety practices and maintain safety records Billing and contracts
• Prepare and certify measurements and running bills with the Department
• Handle extensions of time, variations, extra items and price adjustments
• Maintain hindrance registers and contract correspondence
• Support closure of final bills,



recoveries and release of securities Department and stakeholder coordination
• Liaise with the AE, DEE, EE and SE offices on drawings, approvals and bills
• Coordinate with revenue officials and local villages on land and site access
• Represent the company at site inspections and review meetings Team and cost management
• Lead site engineers, QC, billing, stores and supervisory staff
• Manage sub-contractors, vendors and machinery deployment
• Monitor project cost against budget and report monthly to management

Tech in Civil Engineering
• 15 to 25 years of experience in irrigation or water infrastructure projects
• At least 5 years as Project Manager or Project In-charge on lift irrigation schemes
• Hands-on experience in pump house construction and MS pressure mains
• Experience in earthen bund, reservoir or balancing reservoir works is strongly preferred
• Sound knowledge of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Department procedures, standard specifications and billing
• Working knowledge of relevant IS codes for earthwork, concrete and pipelines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project scheduling (MS Project or Primavera preferred)
• Valuable communication in Telugu and English Other Details
