Purpose
- Why does this role exist? To lead the end‑to‑end Finance & Accounts function for the coated products business at 4 MH plants & projects, driving profitability, cash flow efficiency, governance, and finance transformation, while ensuring robust financial controls and statutory compliance. The role encompasses monthly financial performance review and reporting, audit management (internal and external), strengthening internal controls and governance frameworks including Related Party Transactions, ensuring income tax compliance, driving working capital efficiency and cash flow improvement and effective business partnering and decision‑making. Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) Financial Reporting & Closing Excellence
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Corporate & Coated consolidation teams
• Drive reduction in book closing cycle and improve closing efficiency
• Ensure high accuracy and reliability of financial statements Financial Performance & Value Creation
• Drive EBITDA margin improvement through cost optimization and operational efficiencies
• Improve cash flow conversion (Operating Cash Flow as % of EBITDA)
• Optimize net working capital cycle (inventory, receivables, payables) Cash Flow, Treasury & Incentives
• Ensure strong liquidity planning and cash discipline
• Drive realization of government incentives (State – PSI, Center – PLI)
• Monitor and improve cash generation and deployment efficiency Governance, Compliance & Audit
• Ensure timely statutory compliance (Income tax, regulatory filings)




• Strengthening internal controls and audit effectiveness
• Drive closure of audit observations within defined timelines
• Minimize non-compliance instances and audit remarks Balance Sheet Discipline, Capex Governance & Corporate Compliance
• Drive CWIP aging reduction and timely capitalization, along with effective GRIR management and reconciliation
• Ensure vendor reconciliations and ledger hygiene to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Monitor and enforce Capex governance, ensuring spending alignment with approved budgets and financial discipline
• Strengthen governance through RPT compliance, timely Audit Committee/Board approvals, and adherence to high corporate governance standards Finance Transformation & Digital Initiatives
• Transition non-core finance activities to GBS/shared services model
• Improve process efficiency and scalability across plants
• Work on Costing automation People & Capability Development
• Develop strong leadership pipeline and successors

• CA with 14-16 years of experience in Plant Finance & costing Competencies Solid Experience In
• IND AS, ICFR, Companies Act, Income tax & Board related compliance
• Working capital & cash flow management
• Statutory & Internal audit with Big 4
• SAP ECC & Hana, Process & automated controls
• Finance transformation & digitalization
