Role Description The Estimator role at SISRA LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates for aluminum doors and windows, and coordinating with the sales and project teams to develop competitive proposals. Daily tasks include quantity take-offs, material and labor cost calculations, seeking vendor quotations, and updating pricing databases. The Estimator will also support project planning by identifying risks, value engineering options, and ensuring estimates align with client requirements and company standards.



Collaboration with fabrication and installation teams is essential to verify feasibility and maintain alignment between estimates and actual project execution. Qualifications
• Robust skills in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of detailed BOQs for doors, windows, and related façade components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Experience using estimation or construction software, and solid skills in MS Excel and other relevant office tools.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience in aluminium fabrication, fenestration, façades, or construction estimating is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards, material specifications, and local market rates for construction inputs.
