Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end BI delivery for assigned Opcos, including requirements gathering, dashboard/report development, deployment, maintenance, and stakeholder management.
• Define and enforce reporting standards, dashboard templates, naming conventions, and metric definitions across the BI function.
• Establish SQL and scripting standards, review analytical assets, and maintain a centralized version-controlled repository.
• Manage GitHub or equivalent version-control practices, including code reviews, release management, and documentation standards.
• Design, build, monitor, and optimize ETL/data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across assigned pipelines, reports, and dashboards, acting as the escalation point for critical issues.
• Own end-to-end reconciliation processes, including exception handling, root-cause analysis, and automation of reconciliation and billing-data workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, including banks, payment gateways, telcos, and credit bureaus, on data and reconciliation matters.
• Support onboarding of new Opcos by ensuring adherence to BI standards, governance requirements, and reporting frameworks.




• Mentor team members on BI best practices, SQL development, dashboard design, data governance, and pipeline management. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related domains.
• Proven experience in dashboard development, SQL programming, ETL processes, data reconciliation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL and workflow orchestration tools such as Apache NiFi or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, or other version-control platforms. Key Competencies
