Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development and achieve assigned business targets for the Chennai region.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve individual and regional business goals.
• Identify and onboard current corporates onto the RXIL platform.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Drive invoice discounting transactions and increase platform utilisation.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and client servicing.
• Prepare regular business performance reports and provide updates to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
• Prior experience in team handling and territory management.
• A good understanding of MSME financing, working capital, supply chain finance, or TReDS will be an added advantage.
• Strong networking, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Chennai market, with a proven ability to drive business growth.
