Role Description The Senior Implementation Manager will lead end-to-end implementation of Volody’s CLM solutions for enterprise customers globally, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption. This full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, mapping business processes, and designing implementation plans aligned with customer objectives. The individual will oversee project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communication, and proactively address risks and issues during deployment. The role also includes conducting product demos and training sessions, optimizing workflows,



and providing guidance on best practices to maximize value from the platform. The Senior Implementation Manager will continuously monitor performance, drive process improvements, and support expansion and renewal opportunities through strong client relationships. Qualifications
• Strong project and implementation management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and workflow configuration, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or related domains, with the ability to understand contractual terms and compliance needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with a track record of managing enterprise customers and driving adoption.
• Proficiency with cloud-based platforms and general IT concepts (data migration, integrations, security best practices) is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring team members, managing cross-functional initiatives, and influencing decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Law, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
• Prior experience in implementation or consulting roles within legal tech, CLM, or enterprise software in a similar on-site environment.
