Job Description
We are looking for an Associate – Life Insurance with 1–2 years of experience in Back Office Operations and Financial Operations, preferably in the Life Insurance and Annuities domain. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of financial transactions, including money-in and money-out processes, debit and credit matching, and reconciliation activities. Roles & Responsibilities




• Handle day-to-day back-office operations related to Life Insurance and Annuities.
• Manage financial transactions involving money-in and money-out activities.
• Perform debit and credit matching and reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain proper records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial entries.
• Work on reconciliation activities using the BlackLine system.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain operational accuracy. Eligibility Criteria
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Financial Operations or Back Office Operations.
• Good knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuities.
• Understanding of debit and credit transactions.
• Knowledge of BlackLine system is preferred.
• Average communication skills required.
