Role Description The Senior Executive Purchase is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for end-to-end procurement of electronic components. Day-to-day activities include identifying and evaluating vendors, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring on-time delivery to support production schedules. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for demand planning, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate procurement and supplier records. The Senior Executive Purchase also reviews market trends, supports cost optimization initiatives,



and ensures adherence to quality and compliance standards in all purchasing activities. This position requires strong collaboration with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to maintain a reliable and efficient sourcing process. Qualifications
• Proficiency in procurement and purchasing processes, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience in electronic components sourcing and supply chain coordination within manufacturing or OEM environments.
• Ability to manage inventory, track orders, and use ERP or purchasing software for accurate data and reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills for cost analysis, supplier performance review, and risk mitigation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams.
• Understanding of import/export procedures, basic taxation, and compliance related to procurement and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar purchasing or supply chain role, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
