With 10-12 years of experience, you will work independently in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align migration strategies with enterprise standards and industry best practices. Responsibilities
• Assess existing mainframe applications and document migration scope
• Design and implement migration strategies
• Perform code conversion, data migration, and workload transition to target platforms




• Develop and execute migration test plans
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to manage dependencies
• Identify and mitigate migration risks
• Optimize performance and cost post-migration
• Document architecture, processes, and knowledge transfer materials

Requirements:
• 10-12 years of total IT experience
• 6+ years in core mainframe development, support, and maintenance
• 4+ years dedicated to mainframe migration/modernization projects
• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and automation in Azure
• Expert mainframe batch job concepts (JCL, GDG, PDS)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
