We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Statistical Modelling, and Big Data technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, PySpark, Spark MLlib, and Azure to develop scalable machine learning models and end-to-end data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large volumes of customer, transactional, web analytics, and third-party data.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and statistical analysis using SQL and Python.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python and Spark MLlib.
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Develop and deploy predictive models such as Customer Churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Propensity, and Affinity models.
• Apply machine learning techniques including Classification, Clustering, Regression, and Predictive Analytics.
• Work with distributed computing systems and large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions.




• Maintain code repositories and support continuous integration using Git and Jenkins. Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and Machine Learning.
• Expertise in PySpark and Spark MLlib.
• Strong SQL skills for data processing and analysis.
• Experience in Azure Cloud and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Databricks and distributed computing.
• Strong understanding of Statistical Modelling and Predictive Analytics. Good-to-Have Skills
• TensorFlow, Keras, Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
• AWS Cloud.
• Git, Jenkins and CI/CD.
• Customer Analytics / Marketing Analytics experience.
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) exposure. Candidate Requirements
• 5–9 years of overall analytics experience.
• Robust experience in end-to-end Machine Learning model development.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
