Role Description This is a full time, on-site 3ds Max Designer role based in Navi Mumbai. The designer will create high-quality 3D models and visualizations of branded spaces, including retail environments, exhibitions, events, and installations. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, modeling structures and elements in 3ds Max, applying materials and textures, setting up lighting, and producing realistic renders and animations as needed. The role involves collaborating with graphic designers, project managers, and clients to refine design ideas, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. The designer will also optimize files for production, prepare presentations,



and support revisions throughout the design and execution process. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills, with hands-on experience in 3ds Max or comparable tools.
• Candidates should possess practical Lighting skills for interior and exterior scenes, including rendering for realistic brand environments.
• Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills for integrating brand elements, layouts, and visual identities into spatial designs.
• Candidates should possess Animation skills to create walkthroughs, flythroughs, or motion-based visualizations of designed spaces.
• Proficiency with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, or similar) and basic knowledge of Photoshop or other post-production tools.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of branded environments or experiential design.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or a related field; prior experience in exhibition, retail, or event design is an advantage.
