Key Responsibilities
• Implement software safety concepts aligned with ISO 26262 (ASIL B/C/D)
• Develop and integrate safety features across:
• MCAL: Secure driver usage, ECC, register checks
• BSW: Watchdog (Wdg/WdgM), NvM, Dem, EcuM, OS
• ASW: Safety checks, fault handling, fail-safe mechanisms
• Configure and validate:
• Watchdog supervision (alive, deadline, logical)
• Memory partitioning (MPU/MMU) & freedom from interference
• NvM for safe data storage and recovery
• End-to-End (E2E) protection & control flow monitoring
• Develop Complex Device Drivers (CDD) for safety-critical components Required Skills
• Strong Embedded C and AUTOSAR (MCAL, BSW, RTE, ASW)
• Hands-on with Watchdog, NvM, memory protection, CDD
• Deep understanding of ISO 26262 and safety mechanisms
• Experience with tools like DaVinci / EB Tresos •
