Role Description: The Sales Executive role at Emori is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable jewellery products, ensuring a personalised and high-quality service experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customers' requirements, conducting product demonstrations, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role also involves following up with leads, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will represent Emori’s brand values and product knowledge in every customer interaction. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills,



with the ability to understand individual needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and working toward defined sales targets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
• Basic digital literacy and comfort using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, or retail management software.
• Knowledge or interest in jewelry, luxury products, or fashion retail; familiarity with gold and lab-grown diamonds is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professional presentation in a customer-facing environment.
