Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee daily hospital operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in hospital administration and patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, and other departments.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and bed management.
- Handle patient and visitor concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise hospital staff and ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and facility-related activities.




- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate critical issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Support management in improving hospital operations and patient experience.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or administration.
- Previous experience as a Manager on Duty, Hospital Operations Executive, or Hospital Administrator is preferred.
- Graduate degree required; MBA in Hospital Management is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a hospital environment with rotational shifts, if required.
