Required Skills and Experience

- 8–14 years of experience in backend application development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java/J2EE concepts.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Strong experience in designing and developing Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
- Positive understanding of RESTful APIs and backend service integration.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
