About the Role

We're looking for a high-ownership Regional Head to build and run the complete business engine for an assigned market. You will own regional growth, revenue, funnel performance, people productivity and operational discipline, leading a multi-layer team (BDMs / ASMs / BDAs) and turning regional strategy into daily execution.

What You'll Own

- Revenue & growth: Regional targets, quarterly and annual plans, and revenue delivery
- Funnel excellence: Lead-to-interview, interview-to-closure and closure-to-enrolment conversion, driven by data
- People leadership: Coach, hire and retain managers and frontline sales talent, and build succession depth
- Operational rigour: Dashboards, review cadence, CRM discipline, TAT and productivity
- Local market strategy: Region-specific playbooks, partnerships,



events and campaigns in your local language
- Cross-functional work: Partner with Marketing, Central Sales, Operations, Product and Academic teams

Who We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in sales / business / operations leadership

5+ years of people management (7+ preferred)

Robust B2C and Inside Sales background

Hands-on experience managing sales funnels and driving conversions

Proven record of achieving revenue targets

Experience leading large teams (50+ preferred; 100+ overall span with managers reporting in is ideal)

Comfort with data, dashboards, CRM and performance reviews

Native / business-fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Marathi or Hindi (as per location)

Your First 6-12 Months

- Deliver revenue and enrolment targets consistently
- Build a predictable funnel with better conversion, TAT and follow-up discipline
- Strengthen the manager layer and improve productivity and retention
- Create a repeatable regional playbook covering market prioritization, messaging and team deployment
