Build Lane's B2B business from the ground up.

Colleges, companies and institutions want their people to drive safely and confidently. You'll be one

of the first people building Lane's B2B channel: opening partnerships, landing bulk enrolments and

shaping how we sell to organisations. It's one of the most important roles in our growth, and what

you build here will shape how Lane scales.

About Lane

Lane is rebuilding how India learns to drive, on a mission to reach zero road fatalities. We pair

structured lessons with our own sensor technology, are backed by 8.5 Cr in pre-seed funding led by

Kae Capital, with DeVC, Antler India and Panthera Peak, and have taught 50,000+ hours of driving so

far.

What you'll do

• Prospect: find and reach colleges, companies, HR teams and institutions through calls, LinkedIn,

email and WhatsApp

• Pitch and close: run meetings,



pitch Lane's programmes and convert them into bulk enrolments

and corporate or institutional programmes

• Build lasting partnerships that renew and bring in referrals

• Own your pipeline: keep the CRM and trackers current, and hit weekly and monthly targets

Who we're looking for

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development or a similar role

• A strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and

LinkedIn prospecting

• Target-driven and self-motivated, with positive working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel and CRM

tools

• Fluent in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus
