Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgeting processes and financial planning, providing insights on variances and trends.
- Lead the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Supervise a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations in India.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
