Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and skilled growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Experience in designing interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience principles.
- Ability to integrate Tableau with various data sources and optimize performance for large datasets.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline reporting processes.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and visualization.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
