Role purpose:-

Lead the central B2C admissions team to increase parent visits, admissions and centre occupancy

through effective enquiry handling and coordination with Centre Heads.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly B2C admission and admission-linked revenue targets across centres.

• Manage two Central Admissions Counsellors and one Lead Management & Quality Executive; set

targets and review performance.

• Review the enquiry-to-contact-to-visit-to-admission funnel and address conversion gaps.

• Ensure balanced lead allocation, explicit ownership and timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with Centre Heads on appointments, parent concerns, approved fees and admission

closure.

• Review direct walk-ins and centrally booked visits across all centres, including pending follow-ups

and lost-lead reasons.





• Coach counsellors using recorded-call audits and parent feedback.

• Present weekly performance reports and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Qualification & experience: -

• Graduate; MBA preferred.

• Typically 5-7 years in admissions, inside sales or customer acquisition, including team

management.

• Preschool, daycare, education or parent-facing service experience preferred.

• Robust team leadership, parent counselling, CRM and Excel skills.

Performance measures:-

Admissions and revenue against target; lead-to-admission and visit-to-admission conversion; visit

attendance; follow-up completion; team productivity and centre coordination.
