Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and result-oriented Associate Director – Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our influencer marketing business. The individual will be responsible for developing influencer-led brand strategies, driving business growth, managing key client relationships, leading campaign execution, and building a high-performing team.

The role requires a strong understanding of the creator economy, social media trends, digital content, brand storytelling, and influencer ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client business and brand objectives.
- Lead influencer-led campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Identify relevant influencers, creators, and content communities based on brand requirements.
- Drive innovative campaign ideas, content formats, and creator-led brand solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform innovations, and evolving creator ecosystems.

2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

- Lead senior-level client relationships and act as a strategic partner.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective influencer marketing solutions.
- Drive client presentations, pitches, annual plans, and campaign reviews.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling influencer marketing services.

3. Campaign Management & Execution

- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategy and creator identification to execution and reporting.
- Ensure effective campaign planning, budgeting, negotiations, and delivery.
- Maintain quality control across influencer content and campaign deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, impressions,



and ROI.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

4. Business Development & Growth

- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the influencer marketing vertical.
- Lead new business pitches and develop customized influencer marketing proposals.
- Build strategic partnerships with influencers, talent management agencies, creator networks, and platforms.
- Develop scalable influencer marketing solutions and new revenue opportunities.
- Own business targets, budgets, and overall vertical performance.

5. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of influencer marketing professionals.
- Establish clear processes, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
- Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.
- Identify talent requirements and strengthen team capabilities.

6. Analytics & Performance

- Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Drive data-led decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Present campaign reports, business reviews, and performance recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
