Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and long-term wellness.



The Physiotherapist is expected to contribute to a patient-centered, ethical, and safety-focused clinical environment. Qualifications
• Professional physiotherapy skills including patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Clinical expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation, with the ability to manage diverse case types.
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good documentation, time management, and organizational skills to maintain records and manage caseload efficiently.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practice, stay updated with current physiotherapy guidelines, and adapt to new techniques.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration or license as required by local regulatory authorities.
• Previous clinical experience in a rehabilitation or hospital setting is an advantage.
