About the Role
Kesar Bazaar is seeking an experienced, responsible and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, maintaining operational standards and ensuring a smooth and successful shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
• Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering and replenishment.
• Ensure effective product merchandising, pricing and store presentation.
• Manage sales performance, budgets and operational expenses.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and product quality.




• Ensure efficient stock rotation and minimise product wastage. Desired Skills & Requirements
• Previous experience in supermarket, grocery or retail management.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management and retail operations.
• Understanding of sales performance and business operations
