Role Description The Senior Business Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams. This role includes analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals. The Senior Business Analyst will facilitate workshops and meetings, prepare detailed reports and presentations, and support project planning and prioritization. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating solutions against requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring clear communication between business and technology partners. Key Responsibility : Startup Assessment & Strategy
• Evaluate startup business models, product market fit, revenue potential, market traction, scalability and international readiness.
• Identify growth opportunities, business gaps and risks, and develop actionable recommendations.




• Prepare structured startup assessments and priorities' opportunities for international expansion. International Market Access
• Conduct market and competitor research across Singapore and selected ASEAN markets.
• Develop startup specific market entry strategies and execution roadmaps.
• Identify prospective customers, investors, distributors and strategic partners.
• Support cross border partnerships, commercial discussions and market entry opportunities. Investment Readiness
• Prepare and refine investment memorandums, pitch decks, business plans, financial projections and investor presentations.
• Help startups strengthen their commercial propositions, growth strategies and fundraising readiness.
• Identify relevant investors and coordinate investor outreach, meetings and follow ups. Stakeholder Management & Business Development
• Engage with startup founders, government departments, incubators, accelerators and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate startup assessments, delegation programme, investor connect initiatives and business engagements.
• Build stakeholder relationships and follow up on opportunities for pilots, partnerships, commercial agreements and fundraising discussions. Research & Reporting
• Prepare market intelligence reports, startup profiles, opportunity assessments and stakeholder briefing notes.
• Maintain structured pipelines of startups, investors,



prospective customers and strategic partners.
• Track programme progress and report on market entry plans, stakeholder engagement and business outcomes. Qualifications &

Experience:
• MBA or PGDM in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship or a related discipline, preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in startup advisory, management consulting, business strategy, investment advisory, fundraising support or international business development.
• Strong business analysis, market research, financial assessment and presentation skills.
• Experience preparing business plans, investment documents or market entry strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently and travel extensively to Andhra Pradesh. Preferred

Experience:
• Experience working with startups, venture capital firms, incubators, accelerators or government led startup programmed.
• Exposure to financial modelling, investment readiness, commercial due diligence or fundraising.
