Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and growth for Synergetics Learning. This role includes developing and executing strategic plans for learning and cloud services, managing P&L;, and ensuring alignment with the company’s digital transformation objectives. The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and delivery, to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring key business metrics,



optimizing processes, managing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also requires collaboration with senior leadership to refine service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term organizational objectives. Qualifications
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in business strategy, operations management, and P&L; ownership in a services or technology setting.
• Background in learning services, IT cloud services, or digital transformation initiatives, with understanding of workforce development and training solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in or managing operations in Mumbai or similar metropolitan markets is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple priorities and initiatives concurrently.
