About the Role
We are looking for a Core Computer Science Instructor with strong expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). DSA is the mandatory requirement for this role. Candidates with additional expertise in Operating Systems, Concurrency, DBMS, SQL, or other Core CS subjects will be preferred. This is a full-time teaching role focused on delivering rigorous, application-oriented learning to a high-performing cohort of undergraduate students. What You Will Do / Responsibilities Teaching & Delivery
• Deliver engaging, rigorous sessions primarily on Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Conduct lectures, coding walkthroughs,



problem-solving sessions, and labs.
• Support students through assignments, projects, and technical doubts. Curriculum & Assessments
• Design and refine lectures, assignments, labs, and projects.
• Evaluate student submissions, exams, and projects.
• Contribute to maintaining strong academic rigor and learning outcomes. Student Engagement
• Mentor students on problem-solving and programming.
• Conduct doubt-solving and mentorship sessions.
• Help students build strong Computer Science fundamentals. Academic Collaboration
• Work with the Program Owner and Academic team on course delivery and learning outcomes.
• Continuously improve course content based on student feedback and outcomes. Required Qualifications Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field from a reputed institution. Mandatory Requirement
• Strong expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
• Ability to explain DSA concepts clearly, including algorithmic intuition, complexity analysis, and implementation. Good to Have Exposure to one or more of the following is preferred but not mandatory:




• Operating Systems
• Concurrency and Multithreading
• Database Management Systems
• SQL and Relational Databases
• Data Modeling
• Backend Engineering
• System Design Experience
• 3–8 years of relevant industry or teaching experience in software engineering, competitive programming, computer science education, or related domains.
• Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or technical content delivery experience is preferred. Application Process Shortlisted candidates will undergo:

• Knowledge Round: Deep dive into DSA and other Core CS concepts based on the candidate's expertise.
