Role Description The HPDC Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves operating High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) machines, setting up equipment, and performing routine checks to ensure safe and efficient production. The operator is responsible for monitoring machine parameters, handling molds and hand tools, performing basic maintenance, and reporting any equipment issues. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting cast components for quality, recording production data, and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.



The role also requires clear communication with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and support continuous improvement activities. Qualifications
• Ability to operate HPDC and related production machinery, with practical experience in machine operation.
• Knowledge of basic quality control practices and inspection of cast parts to meet specifications.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, tooling, and safe use of hand tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel.
• Understanding of shop floor safety procedures and willingness to follow standard operating instructions.
• Prior experience in die casting or metal manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Minimum of a relevant technical diploma or equivalent practical experience in mechanical or production trades.
