PAN India Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Company: Leading MNC Employment Type: Contractual Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Guidewire Architect with solid expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance. The candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end technical architecture, driving cloud-native implementations, managing integrations and providing technical leadership across Guidewire projects. Mandatory Technical Skills
• Strong architectural knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Expertise in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional interactions between Guidewire modules.
• Extensive knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in Gosu and a solid foundation in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Cloud APIs and Integration Gateway.
• Knowledge of Jutro digital framework.
• Experience managing complex product model changes.
• Knowledge of Guidewire App Events, Messaging Plugins, Event Fired Rules and asynchronous processing.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and technical design.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
• Design and maintain end-to-end technical architecture for Guidewire implementations.




• Drive cloud-native configurations and cross-module synchronization.
• Evaluate architectural approaches and recommend scalable solutions.
• Manage technical debt and architectural trade-offs. Guidewire Technical Expertise
• Provide architectural guidance across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.
• Lead complex product model changes and ensure smooth publishing without disrupting runtime environments.
• Design and support integrations using Cloud APIs and Integration Gateway.
• Leverage Guidewire App Events, Messaging Plugins and asynchronous processing.
• Evaluate new Guidewire ski-release features, including Jutro and Advanced Analytics. Technical Leadership
• Conduct code reviews and guide senior and junior developers.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards.
• Drive technical delivery within Scrum methodologies.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks and architectural trade-offs to business and finance stakeholders. Domain Expertise
