Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting clients through the entire property selection and transaction process. Day-to-day activities include identifying and evaluating residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and presenting suitable options based on client requirements and budgets. The role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining robust relationships, and providing guidance on property features, market trends, and investment potential.



The Property Specialist will coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external partners to ensure smooth negotiations, documentation, and closure of deals. The position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing reports, and contributing to overall business growth through lead follow-up and conversion. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate to advise on suitable property options and market conditions.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to drive lead conversion, negotiate deals, and meet or exceed targets.
• Good understanding of local Bengaluru real estate markets, neighborhoods, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to conduct property inspections, assess property value propositions, and prepare clear client presentations.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, basic office software, and online property platforms for tracking and reporting.
• Prior experience in real estate brokerage, property consulting, or related sales roles is preferred.
• Relevant academic background in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also considered.
