About the Role
TalkSpace Mumbai, a mental health clinic based in Powai, is looking for a proactive and people-oriented intern to support its business development, outreach, and client engagement initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates from Psychology, Organisational Behaviour (OB), Industrial Psychology, Management, Business Administration or other related fields who are interested in exploring business development, people engagement and client relations within the mental healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Independently identify and connect with potential clients, corporates, educational institutions, healthcare professionals and referral partners to generate leads.
• Pitch corporate wellness programmes, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), stress management workshops and mental health awareness sessions to organisations.
• Explore partnership opportunities with schools and colleges for counselling services, psychological assessments, student wellbeing programmes and workshops.
• Identify opportunities for POSH awareness training, compliance programmes and professional development courses, including CBT and counselling skills programmes.




• Follow up with individuals who have previously enquired about therapy or psychological assessments but haven't booked an appointment.
• Gather feedback from prospective clients, understand their concerns and identify reasons for enquiry drop-offs.
• Support relationship building, appointment coordination and business development through regular follow-ups and networking.
• Connect with doctors and other relevant professionals to develop referral networks. Who Can Apply?
• Mumbai-based, Fresh graduates from Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Management, or other relevant disciplines.
• Candidates interested in sales, business development, client relations and outreach.
• Solid communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, meeting people and outbound calling.
• Self-driven individuals who can independently identify opportunities, generate leads and take ownership of their work. Note: This is a full-time internship commitment. Students currently pursuing their studies are not preferred. Work Details:
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM
