Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with strong expertise in building electrical services design, particularly corporate interiors and commercial fit-outs. The role involves developing electrical designs, calculations and technical drawings from concept to GFC stage while ensuring compliance, accuracy and seamless coordination with other MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop electrical designs, layouts and drawings from concept to GFC stage.
• Perform electrical load, cable sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit, earthing and lighting calculations.
• Prepare SLDs, power and lighting layouts, panel schedules and BOQs.
• Design lighting systems, including lux calculations, emergency lighting and lighting controls.
• Coordinate electrical and ELV provisions for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, data and AV systems.
• Ensure compliance with NBC 2016, CEA Regulations and relevant IS/IEC standards.
• Coordinate with architecture, interiors and other MEP teams to resolve design clashes.
• Review vendor submittals,



shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Provide site support, resolve technical queries and assist with testing and commissioning.
• Guide junior engineers and draughtspersons. Required Skills & Qualifications

E./B.
Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
• 6–10 years of experience in electrical design for commercial buildings, corporate offices or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, UPS, DG systems, protection devices and earthing.
• Working knowledge of NBC 2016, CEA Regulations, IS 732 and IS 3043.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and DIALux/Relux.
• Navisworks knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong design, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ideal Candidate: A hands-on electrical design qualified with strong calculation and drawing skills, attention to detail and experience delivering coordinated MEP designs. DREAM IT. DO IT.
